火焰山重慶火鍋 Huo yan Shan hotpot (tko)🫕High quality hotpot in hang hau. 🐷Pork: super fancy pork places on a dry ice smoking pkate 🤩 it’s not just ig worthy.. but it tastes superb!! The meat was thinly sliced and super it isn’t chewy at all. Great proportion of fat. This was my favourite ingredient of the night. P.S. loved it so much I took a little too many photos of it 🤭🥩Drunk Beef: it has a strong taste of alcohol in it! Good for alcoholics 🤭🦐 Heart shaped minced shrimp: so fresh and so delicious.

🦐 Heart shaped minced shrimp: so fresh and so delicious. They added crab roe on it and it was the cherry on top of a cake! It didn’t just looked nice, it also tasted great. Was our second favourite ingredient.
🍲Others: all of the ingredients were fresh and came in a good amount. My favourite was the 響鈴, it’s freshly fried - so crispy and delicious it was easy to finish 😜
🐓🥥Coconut chicken soup base: I smelt it’s tastiness from afar and it did not disappoint. strong coconut flavour and love how much healthier it makes hotpot seem 😛 even though the chicken was boiled for a long time, it wasn’t too chewy either 👍🏼👍🏼
It was also very considerate of them to have prepared an apron for us 🥺 I was silly enough to wear a white top and it would’ve been hella messy without it!! Love how they were so detail minded 😊
