Strolling at iSquare, Tsim Sha Tsui, i saw some Japanese chefs fanning the stove, grilling eels with charcoal. Isn’t it so tempting? I decided to try this restaurant. Every dish in this specialty comes with unagi (eel). I was stunned by the eel’s melting texture, glazed with the impressive unagi sauce. Other appetisers are also worth a try!!!
