It has been a while that I came here but since I got promoted recently, it is time I treat my friends and giving myself a great excuse to splurge slightly.For a Michelin 1 star restaurant, a 4 course lunch for around $700 is within reason. We also chose the moscato free flow. The moscato had a lovely peachy aroma and due to its sweetness, it was best paired with tarty desserts.I loved the green pea tart for the amuse bouche. First came the snails and they were cooked just right. The beetroot sauce was gave it a dash of color and sweetness and the garlic foam gave it a herby aroma.

The octopus was seasoned really great but it was just a tad tougher compared to the snail.

I had the toothfish and besides being perfectly cooked, the lemon caviar on top gave the right amount of acidity to balance the fish.

My friend's steak was superb and juicy and the mashed potato on the side was so creamy.

Both their desserts were a great demonstration of balance between sweetness and tartness. Their signature Raspberry was as delicate as usual. The raspberry on top and chocolate on bottom were a perfect match.

Their new dessert Orange were a combination of different Italian oranges gave the dessert a vibrant color and the acidity was balanced by the meringue.
