The shop looks very famous ramen shop in Japan. They have 3 branches in Hong Kong. The hung hom shop is very small shop with 12 seats. I ordered their basic ramen and chicken karaage(fried chicken). The ramen soup is really good and noodles is also good. They used very thin chasu. To be honest I prefer very fat chasu. So it was not as good as the other ramen shop like rari uma. Anyway this is one of good Japanese ramen shop in Hong Kong.
