Small but good ramen shop to recommend - their pork bone soup was rich but wasn’t too heavy. However, their BBQ pork was thinner and a bit lack of texture than it used to be. You could have your own choice of noodles, noodles texture, amount of spring onions and spicy level. If you fancy a more flavourful and spicy ramen, suggest you to add chilli sauce on top of Tonkotsu Ramen (一鳴) instead because the Akakara Tonkotsu Ramen (焰。鳴) was way too hot that it overshadowed the pork bone soup a bit.
