Sliced sirloin burger to replace patty in the burger. The sirloin was pan fried with port wine and onion jam, which brought mild sweetness to the burger😋 Finally it was topped with 𝙊𝙖𝙠 𝙎𝙢𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙙𝙖𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚, adding subtle smoked flavour👏🏻

Additional $25 for ordering 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙠𝙚 and it’s definitely worth it! Blended in ice cream and topped with cream, it was so smooth and creamy!🍓🥤
