Quick lunch for 2. Arrived at 11:45 am to beat the crowd. Paid in advance outside with octopus before entering. 2 fish soup bases to choose from: clear or white (both $138). We picked one each. Didn’t order any sides like fried chicken or egg. 沾麵 also available. Counter seating 10 max, with a table of 4 and a table of 2. Sat at counter. Texture of noodles was just right, chewy. Both came with one big slice of pork, bits of fish, diced onion and bamboo shoots shaped like ⏺🔽, the restaurant’s logo.
No takeaways available tho.
Service was friendly and efficient. Toilet, which was outside at the back of the shop was compact but clean.
In summary: rich and many layers of flavor. 😋 Recommended, but not for people who don’t like fish tho, as fishy taste was prominent.
