Tried its signature dessert with both egg and lotus seeds, only after reading the reviews below then I tried to take with the egg.To my surprise, the egg must have been long cooked with the soup, well soaked with the herb's aroma down into its yolk; the lotus seeds were tender and soft, a nice brand without doubt.The soup was a bit too sweat thought, i wouldn't comment it to be the top in town, considering its price to a double of the one I usually take. I would rather pick 翠苑.
