Shark fin, Fish maw, Chicken winter melon pot. ($368) -This soup base was amazing Not only is there so many delicious ingredients inside, but the broth was so fragrant and deep in flavourful that you could tell it has been boiled for a long time. Apparently it also doesn’t have any MSG! This is the perfect broth for hotpot ingredients to soak up all the deliciousness from. Angus fatty beef ($238) -
Super tender and fresh. Each slice had a perfect ratio of fatty and lean you can tell that it’s high quality meat. Cooks in only a few seconds 😆
Truffle Shrimp Wonton ($58/half) -
So many yummy truffles inside, and hiding inside the thin layer of wonton skin is a whole shrimp!
Pork Skewer ($70) -
They also had other food others other than hotpot ingredients! From skewers to sashimi to snack and fried food! The pork skewer was so fatty and bursting with flavor.
White Eel Skewer ($96) -
This was grilled to perfection really bringing out the natural flavourful of the eel, the texture of the meat was nice and firm.
Dessert -
Finishing off with a platter of dessert of the perfect way to end a meal. We had two different flavors of sorbet (peach and yuzu) and the raindrop cake.
The interior was really nice and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed my time and the meal here.
