Could tell that all ingredients were super fresh and very professionally prepared!👍🏻Very pleasantly surprised by the accompanying udon as well, served with a delicious cream soup base with veggies and mushrooms, warm and cozy with a touch of freshness at the same time.🥰壽司有銀鱈魚、金目鯛、左口魚、深海池魚、甜蝦、赤身吞拿魚、拖羅、免治拖羅，全部都好新鮮，師傅手勢專業👍🏻

Best miso cod I have ever had, truly great value for money. The chef said it is prepared using sashimi quality cod fish! Incredibly soft, moist and tender, perfect seasoned, I just couldn’t get enough of it! The set also came with soup, not your typical miso soup, but a fish soup to complete the meal! 好有驚喜，未食過咁好食嘅銀雪魚！😍師傅話係用刺身級數嘅銀雪魚準備嘅，肉質超級嫩滑濕潤，調味剛好，超好食！😋附送鮮甜嘅魚湯，唔係一般嘅麵豉湯，夾好多👍🏻

Dessert was also delicately prepared, being a small piece of roll cake, beautifully rolled but taste wise wasn’t as impressive as other items in the set😋 甜品賣相精緻，不過味道就冇咩特別
