🐻#Asiri is a Japanese run restaurant focusing on #hokkaidocuisine. A lot of the dishes has the Hokkaido root, with soup curry being the tent-pole hot item. I came here after reading a magazine review on #japanesebreakfast hoping I could catch it sometimes but the restaurant only open after 12pm. The soup curry was its strongest. Chicken was tender and the veggies was grilled to a very nice color. Mongolian lamb was also quite nice, a bit on the wet side though.
My hot plate salmon was a bit disappointing. It came out on a sizzling hot plate but the fish doesn't seem that hot nor flavorful.
I think they forgot the sauce? It was rather tasteless. The waitress was kinda clumsy too, she kinda knocked over the grape soda lol... nothing from my table got wet but I don't know about the other table...
