Came to the hotel for a friend’s dinner wedding banquet which menu is tailored to incorporate different chinese tea to the dishesNever a big fan of chinese, as I often find it too oily. Food are decently presented and put into small plates for each. Of the whole menu, my favorite are the prawns with longjiang and chicken broth with fish maws. Longjiang actually goes well with pawn, there’s also bits of longjiang leaves on the pawn
