I’ve been wanna try this ramen for at least 1 year, but there’s always a line.So finally we get in there after 20mins, guoza is here first. Crispy fried bottom, soft with a little chewy on the skin, meat and veggies are good inside. There are lots of pork soup ramen, but they have chicken soup and chicken cha-siu here, I ordered this right away.
Soup is everything for ramen, this chicken soup thickness is medium, taste good at the first sip, not like a big surprise you will have, but there’s just some difference you will wonder what’s in this soup, you can’t stop but keep drinking, it was good!
Chicken cha-siu is OMG, super tender and juicy, and the flavour...Wow, what have they use to marinate it, is so good!
The noodles is okay, I like the amount they serve, not too much. And yes, the egg was nice too, sweet marinated, soft and eggy!
