I rarely walk around Happy Valley, but that day, after my hospital visit, I was desperately hungry and decided to check what's around the neighbourhood. The storefront of Zagin Soba was quite understated. I didn't feel like soba that much - didn't realize it's a ramen place, until I checked out their menu. This place specializes in chicken, so from its brooth to their meat, it's all chicken! They only have a handful of items on the menu, reminding me of Japan, where they're big on specialty shop

After trying their signature chicken soup ramen, I went back the next day to try their seafood chicken soup ramen, which really is chicken soup ramen with dried shrimp. The 'seafood' version was a bit salty for my taste. I would stick with their traditional version instead.
Their fried chicken and half boiled egg was cooked to perfection. Overall, I definitely recommend this place and would go back if I had another ramen craving!
