One of the best Cantonese restaurants

I’ve been to a few very good Canto restaurants and this is one of, if not the best. Our waiter - Michael was also excellent, cannot fault him, attentive and not intrusive and recommended just the right amount of food. We ordered the char siu (was ok), stuffed crab, baked seafood rice - both yummy, wagyu wasabi (absolutely divine), stuffed bean curd with egg, Shanghai cabbage, mushrooms in chicken broth, almond dessert, and as it was my fiancé’s birthday they brought out some Chinese birthday bun

We ordered the char siu (was ok), stuffed crab, baked seafood rice - both yummy, wagyu wasabi (absolutely divine), stuffed bean curd with egg, Shanghai cabbage, mushrooms in chicken broth, almond dessert, and as it was my fiancé’s birthday they brought out some Chinese birthday buns too.

Would definitely re-visit and deserves the Michelin 3*. Better than all the other 3* I’ve been to in HK. Must try at least once.
