This is an Omakase near my office, 10min walk from Sheung Wan MTR. Appetizer - (from left to right) : - Gao Ye Taofu, deep fried in the outside and soft in the inside.- Boiled Octopus, is very soft.- Smoked Carrot, rolled with cream cheese inside, crunchy carrot with the soft and creamy cheese taste nice. 7 kinds of Sashimi:- Right mouth fish, one is wrapped with spring onions, is sweet and fresh.- Ishigaki shellfish, chewy, sweet and refreshing.- Hokkaido snail sashimi with black pepper, char
Appetizer - (from left to right) :

- Smoked Carrot, rolled with cream cheese inside, crunchy carrot with the soft and creamy cheese taste nice.
7 kinds of Sashimi:
- Right mouth fish, one is wrapped with spring onions, is sweet and fresh.
- Ishigaki shellfish, chewy, sweet and refreshing.
- Hokkaido snail sashimi with black pepper, charcoal salt and lime juice. Beside been crunchy, the salt taste match well, taste good, sweet and salty at the same time.
- Murozu Oyster - vinegar jelly and chives on top, fresh and juicy, nothing fishy.
- Milt, the taste was like a bit more a web creamy cheese but chewable. Not bad, nice experience.
- Striped Jack sashimi - one was from the fish back and another one was from the belly.
- Pacific Saury sashimi, the meat is abit soft, not that firm than the other fish, cuts from the fish's throat and tail.
- Skipjack Tuna - is fresh.
- Middle Toro and Big Toro, the Big toro (the back one) was fried with a torch and stuffed with alot of wasabi and perilla leave. At first, i thought the wasabi will overcome the taste of the toro, but once placed inside my month, it just melted and there wasn't much of a wasabi spice taste, it just tasted great.
- Ribbon fish, with sweet soya sauce .
6 kinds of Sushi:
- Sury fish sushi, serve wiith a bit of wasabi, is fresh.
- Crab meat sushi, it was serve with a small bow, inside there was Kobako crab, crab paste, crab meat and crab roe.
- Sea Urchi sushi, sweet and fresh.
- Shrimp sushi, with fried shrimp paste on top, nice, cos the paste on top make the shrimp taste stronger.
- Bluefish, with a bit of soy sauce, taste nice.
- Salmon roa, popping salmon juice.

- Dessert was Green tea panna cotta, match very well, cos the sweetness of the panna cotta and the green tea make it not that sweet. I like that.
