For me to say a pho place is amazing it takes a lot. It has never come close at any place in hong kong. This place is brand new and I have been here twice. I have got to say that this is one of the better ones in hong kong. The soup of the pho is not dark brown, it is clear and you can tell its not pure artificial flavoring.
