I have been a regular user of this website and it is quite sad that my first post is a negative one.Good Satay has been one of my favorites recently, with delicious food at a reasonable price. Just last Sunday I brought my family members to there since most of them haven't tried it before, and it was a bad mistake.The food taste quite good, but after almost finishing the bowl of 'chicken oil rice', someone pointed out the rice is actually foul, and I didn’t notice it beforehand since I was havin
Good Satay has been one of my favorites recently, with delicious food at a reasonable price. Just last Sunday I brought my family members to there since most of them haven't tried it before, and it was a bad mistake.
The food taste quite good, but after almost finishing the bowl of 'chicken oil rice', someone pointed out the rice is actually foul, and I didn’t notice it beforehand since I was having it with sauces. After complaining to the waitress, we were told that the smell was caused by using too much water during cooking.
Not surprisingly, everyone suffered from mild food poisoning…
Moral of the story – choose your restaurant carefully if you want to sleep well at night and do not want to visit the washroom every few hours
