🍜Hong Kong-style Yunnan rice noodles
This is introduced as the new signature after the restaurant got renovated. The broth has a light umami flavour, not sure but likely to be pork broth. Not so enough spiciness even though the broth color is darker than what we expected. The silky rice noodles are cooked to the good level of springiness, soaking up the rich, savory broth. Generous slices of pork belly, cheese sausages and pieces of celtuces. But would be great if they offer some free vege too.

🥓Seasoned pork neck meat
Each slice is beautifully charred on the outside, with a tender and juicy texture. The seasoning is subtle yet effective, allowing the flavorful, slightly fatty meat to shine. The accompanying chili sauce brings a lively kick but it’s bit too oily for me.

🍖Barbecued skewers
Ordered a few skewers such as chicken wings, sausages, sweet potatoes, corn, diced beef, which all taste up to standard. I like the charcoal smoky flavour but the portion is not too much.
