Went there with high expectation, waited for 1 hour and 15 mins to get a table without reservation, not so bad at all for the second day. Eating time is set to 90mins, I think it is a bit rush and we were forced out without finishing 1/2 of the food but there were no people waiting for table at all. Pig’s blood is fresh but tofu is a bit dry and hard. We picked the Wagyu beef ($388), it is ok. Next time will try other kinds instead. For beef balls, they used the famous local HK brand which is high recommended by the server. Squid balls are so so only. One thing good is that all the servers are very friendly and polite, I think they tried to be more like Taiwanese courtesy you get from their Taipei shop.
