Rice roll is definitely a must try Street food in Hong Kong and I read that this is recommended by Michelin! So we decided to try it when we visited Shum Shui Po!It is very smooth and with a strong rice flavour! You can see the rice being mounted at the store, and then it was steamed immediately, no wonder the flavour is that strong! I would suggest people to share it cause the portion is quite large and better decide which size you want (cause you may be scolded if you are too slow!)
