The decoration here in Tang Court is really great, comsy and beautiful. There're several rooms you can reserve, some Chinese cartographies, matching with modern and classics. We ordered dinner set of 9 dishes for tonight. First dish surprised me most, having my favorite food crab. Baked stuffed crab shell with crab meat and onion is definitely wonderful and lovely!!! Don't think it's too small, this is quite full even just half finished it.Crispy outsides, and soft and juicy insides, how yummy i

First dish surprised me most, having my favorite food crab.
Baked stuffed crab shell with crab meat and onion is definitely wonderful and lovely!!!
Don't think it's too small, this is quite full even just half finished it.
Crispy outsides, and soft and juicy insides, how yummy is it! You'll fall in love if you try(;
the crab meats are just way more than a crab.

 Braised imperial bird's nest with conpoy and scallop is just fine, honestly we can't really feel the existence of bird's nest lol,
with conpoy and scallop, I expect stronger flavor of seafood but it came out like a combination of three ingredients

 Sautéed sliced conch and prawns in taro nest has relatively less flavor, normally j don't eat conch, but here conch and prawns is quite soft and chewable.
I quite like the taro nest, so crispy and yummy.

 Roasted Crispy Chicken is really well cooked.
Crispy skin and soft meat are good combination. I love the crispy lotus chip, first time try to eat lotus like this, so slight but yummy,
like eating potatoes chips

the rice isn't so dry or oily, good balance, small little ingredients intense the flavor.

 Sweetened almond cream with egg white actually a bit light.
The chef didn't put too much sugar or seasonings on the dessert, even the flavor not so strong, I still quite like texture of egg whites and almond cream

Even not every dish is so delicious, but with nice environment, and my favorite baked crab shell
