My wife wanted to go New Town Plaza to do some shopping and after we were done, it was already lunch time. We walked to the top level to find something to eat and seeing Mimila, we decided to enter. It was a restaurant selling mainly Malaysian food, which appealed to us. They served their signature prawn noodles soup, laksa, bak kut teh, appetizers and drinks etc. Coffee - It was sweet and fragrant, with strong coffee taste. It was smooth as well. Iced barley lemon - It was sweet and clear, with generous serving of barley bits at the bottom. It was soft and chewy, refreshing as well.
Laksa with chicken - The serving was huge, enough for 2 person. Thick noodles was chewy and the gravy was thick in texture. It was slightly spicy, which we liked it. Fish cake was chewy and chicken slices were soft and smooth as well.
Singapore white pepper pork ribs - It was Singapore version, of pepper soup base. Pork ribs was cooked till soft and smooth, and soup was strong in pepper taste as well.
