Ming Bistro is located on the 14/F of Hysan which is already high enough to overlook most of Causeway Bay. The bright interior is somewhat decorated with romantic lighting which I really enjoyed a lot after a long day work. The rice was mixed with crispy rice which gave a noticeable crispiness to the bite. The prawns were also fresh and bounchy. The rice has been fried until dried and the mix of flavour was just on-point. It looked simple yet very tasteful.

Can't be more excited to eat this because I have been having lack of sleep lately and i hoep that this is going to help me. It was slightly bitter with a herb taste which I really enjoyed. If you don't like it bitter, just pour some sugary syrup on it.
