Never had this "Extremely bad experience" before in my life. Regret that we didn't check the previous comments in advance before we go there.1) My friend booked the table and asked if any dishes were needed to reserve in advance. She was told by the staff that nothing is necessary to reserve except the soup. Thus, my friend reserved a FISH soup.2) When we order the food, we were told that many dishes were sold out. My friend was angry and asked the reason.3) A female Manager bought a staff to us

1) My friend booked the table and asked if any dishes were needed to reserve in advance. She was told by the staff that nothing is necessary to reserve except the soup. Thus, my friend reserved a FISH soup.

2) When we order the food, we were told that many dishes were sold out. My friend was angry and asked the reason.

3) A female Manager bought a staff to us and said " she was the one to take your reservation on the phone, you can check with her." Is it a Manager should do??? How can she be a Manager, no management skill and only push the staff to "Died". Crazy!!!!

4) Extremely bad serving skill, take customer's order carelessly. We had a request on the fried rice and reminded not to put spring onion inside. The waitress answered "Sure". The fried rice arrived but spring onion still inside. You know what the waitress replied? She said "o.... you can just take out from the rice." Crazyyyyyyyy!

5) Last but not least. Suggestion, change a Manager that can take responsibility and provide training to the staff. I don't think " X 維真" can do.... you can keep her if you want to close this restaurant. How come other Lei Garden with all smiling face, but this one.......
