I was meeting my friend for dinner tonight and he suggested that we can go to a cafe known for their wide selection of lobster food. Since the idea was quite tempting, we decided to give it a try. Day and Nite by Master Kama was located at Shan Tung street, around 5 minutes walk from Mongkok MTR.Their menu revolved mostly around lobster related items, such as lobster pizza, lobster sandwich, pasta and udon etc. Besides their main course, their desserts and drinks were very appealing as well. Sunset chubby - It was freshly slush drink mixed from pink grapefruit and pineapple. It was icy sweet, with strong pineapple taste.
Buffalo wings - Their buffalo wings were more like fried chicken wings version. The skin was fried till crispy and the meat was soft and smooth. The lobster cheese sauce provided was cheesy and with strong lobster taste, complimenting well with the wings.
Lava cheese lobster sandwiches with fries and salad - The sandwiches was quite huge, serving like a main course. When i separated the sandwiches, I could still see the melting cheese being teared apart. The sandwiches were toasted till soft and crispy, and the lobster was juicy and cheesy. Fries were fried till soft and crispy as well, with its thick texture.
Matcha fondue - Surprisingly the highlight of the meal is their dessert. Matcha fondue was baked till crispy outside and when i broke open, the lava started to flow out of it and was creamy and thick. Matcha flavour was very strong and the ice cream has strong matcha taste as well.
