After the OT in office, i and my colleague would like to pick up a relax restaurant. We walked around TST and decided to have meal in Hiroshi. It was about 8pm and the manager helped us arrange the seat quickly. I was so hungry at that moment so i instantly ordered the all day set - grilled pork with Ginger. I asked the manager why the rice is so soft with the original flavour of rice,
he told me that this is because the rice they picked is imported from japan,
Surprisingly the rubbing chaff process is done in Hong Kong! that why they can prevent the moisture leaks from the rice during the delivery
Hiroshi really consider the health of customers and the quality of food,
that why i think it totally worth
Meanwhile, we also ordered the Matcha set B (i remember it should be about $198this set of dessert really refreshing and helped me escape from the hectic busy life
there are total 5 dessert in total, including Katcha cake, Hokaito ice cream, Matcha jelly, pudding and cookie!
even i am a man, i also enjoy having matcha dessert!
the combination contains a rhythm of dessert in terms of taste, color, and texture.
The manager told me that why their Matcha dessert are different from other restaurant,
this is because the matcha they extracted is not the leaves, but the steam!
all in all, i enjoyed this restaurant so much!
Yet, in terms of the price, i do think that it would be sightly expensive for students, if there is discount for students who can show their student ID card, lets say 10% discount, it would be much approachable! 張貼
