After handing in some documents in Wan Chai, wanna eat something with my friends. So we searched in Open Rice and found this small Japanese restaurant. The autonomy was high as we could choose everything we like from the menu to create our tailor-made Japanese Ramen. However, the product was not as good as I expected.Sesame Ramen $78- I chose sesame with fine and very hard noodles, mix pork (BBQ and pork belly). However, the noodles were soggy and not chewy at all. Really a bit disappointed

- I chose sesame with fine and very hard noodles, mix pork (BBQ and pork belly). However, the noodles were soggy and not chewy at all. Really a bit disappointed about the texture of ramen here. The portion of BBQ and pork belly was a bit small, and especially when I had requested for more cabbage, it turned out to be similar to my friend's (normal cabbage). So DO NOT have high expectation on your individualised ramen. The soup had some light flavour of sesame, not too oily, not bad. Egg was good, but pork was too dried. All in all, I would not try Ramen here again as I think it was over-priced and the quality was not as good as I anticipated.
