If Matcha ice cream is too ordinary for you, Houjicha ice cream certainly will be the best choice in Via Tokyo.I have ordered Houjicha Soft Cone $37. The portion, as usual, was very large and satisfying. The texture of the soft serve was very creamy and smooth, while the flavour of Houjicha was rich. I could taste a light milky flavour as well.The cone was full of buttery smell and very crunchy. Would definitely visit again for desserts later.
