It was my friend's b'day and he invited 7 of us for Teppanyaki... actually he invited 12 people but only 7 came! Having reserved a table for 12, we were given the VIP dining room on the 3rd floor. The room was OK, but a bit dark. There was a minimum charge of $9,000, so my friend just ordered a bunch of food - most of which was delicious. Here's what we ate:* Small salad* Steamed egg w/ foie gras* Salty baby shrimp and bacon* Mixed Sashimi including Toro* Abalone and Lobster with beans* Foie
Here's what we ate:
* Small salad
* Steamed egg w/ foie gras
* Salty baby shrimp and bacon
* Mixed Sashimi including Toro
* Abalone and Lobster with beans
* Foie Gras on French Bread
* Kobe Beef
* Grilled Zucchini
* Lobster Claw Soup
* Fried Rice
* Choice of Green Tea, Chocolate or Black Seasame Ice-cream.
Overall the food was very delicious with only two hiccups. The ambience was a little dark and cold, and I think the environment would have been nicer if it felt more like a Japanese restaurant than a HK Japanese Restaurant. Considering what we ate, the price was expected, but still quite expensive. I'd recommend trying this restaurant for special occasions or... when you have a lot of money in your wallet
