Toyo Katte Don specializes in “donburi” or seafood rice bowls, my favorite kind of donburi.
Their ingredients are fresh, and the quality is exceptional. The tuna, toro and chopper fatty tuna that I had was in great portions and didn’t lack in flavour .
Each piece was slightly seared which brought some of the oils to the surface giving it an extra kick in flavour.
The cut was super thick and each juicy bite leaves you satisfied.
