落到銅鑼灣好多餐廳都關門,見到呢間位於地下嘅豊勝手丼就試吓,堂食有8折。午市定食有19款,有生有熟食,附送沙律,前菜同吸物。最平定食$98,最貴$348,另加一。附送沙律係沙律雜菜同車厘茄半粒,加左足夠柚子醋。前菜係中華沙律。味噌湯有少少豆腐粒同昆布,味道夠鹹。等左都幾耐先有丼飯,店員忙住做外賣。五品貝之風呂丼 $348 另加一呢個丼係全餐牌最貴,有海膽兩大片,連殼磯煮鮑魚一隻,活赤貝一隻,帆立貝一細隻,同馬刀貝幾片。啲材料唔夠蓋住啲飯。日式芥末同酸薑份量就勁多。海膽大大片,食落少少苦,絕對低質。其他海鮮質素正常,冇乜特別,呢個價錢分量偏少。酸薑好辣。炙之海鮮丼 $268 另加一炙之海鮮丼有炙燒三文魚三片,吞拿魚同油甘魚各兩片,同帶子一隻。啲海鮮完全冇炙燒味,冇油香又乾爭爭,差。材料都係分量偏少。餐廳寫明壽司飯可免費添加。見啲壽司飯上左豉油色不過冇乜味,又唔夠酸,又偏硬,幾難食。我同行友人要添飯先可食飽。跟餐可加$20追加小食,或加$30加刺身。裝修好日式,都算見得人,不過非常擠迫。總結,價錢非常貴而質素差,絕對無下次。 繼續閱讀

近來小心控制澱粉攝取量,在家煮飯很清淡。很多時候晚餐就是煮個湯和一碗菜,這天休息就好好的放縱一下吃點不錯的吧🤤✅海の幸丼 (招牌!!) $298由7款海鮮組合組成的丼:包括: 海膽、拖羅、油甘魚、左口魚、赤海蝦、蟹鉗、三文魚子厚切刺身非常新鮮,海膽非常鮮甜。再配上醬油飯底,每口都是大滿足~✅豐盛刺身盛盒 (12切) $288一共六款 睇相都流口水!!海膽 甜蝦 赤身 赤貝 三文魚 鯛魚赤貝、甜蝦、海膽超肥美赤身 三文魚 鯛魚 新鮮厚切只沾醬油已經完美 ✅薄燒牛肉沙律配和風汁 $68這個牛肉沙律有驚喜喔牛味很香煎後很棒而且蔬菜可以中和魚脂,不錯。 繼續閱讀

諗唔到食咩嘅時候食日本野就係最好,今次試豊勝手丼 @toyokattedon蟹甲羅燒 $108甲羅燒好味就一定架喇,塊餅好鬆脆喎有驚喜,平時夾開包架嘛,唔錯。豐盛壽司盛合 (12 貫)$238新鮮!海膽好甜、鰻魚好肥、牡丹蝦彈牙、TORO 入口即溶!海之幸丼 $298同上,新鮮~ 仲有我最鍾意嘅左口魚呀呀呀呀~~~完熟白桃梳打 /信州蘋果梳打 $36清甜,啲汽啱啱好哈哈哈哈幾爽!唔洗吓吓飲洒嘅!其實我最想試九鼎丼 !IWILL BE BACK ! 繼續閱讀

慶生飯,搞笑地係自己揀餐廳自己book埋枱😅不過亦都好彩自理能力高,唔係都唔知原來有間甘好既餐廳❤入座之後,員工已經溫馨提示,7點前埋單有優惠到落單嗰陣,問店員今日既omakase丼飯有咩,因為驚有d食左會皮膚敏感,店員好nice甘問我有咩唔食,同廚師講聲換第二d俾我嗌左枝野飲,想要隻杯同朋友share試下,當杯黎到既時候,店員已經貼心地加左冰添燒牛舌:厚度同生熟程度都適中鯛魚湯烏冬:鯛魚半生熟既口感一流,湯又好鮮甜Omakase丼飯:正!無得輸!唔係拎普通既sashimi 敷衍食客赤貝刺生:出邊食都要接近1xx仲要唔太新鮮,哩度價錢ok又新鮮真心好有驚喜既一間餐廳!除左食物好食之外,好耐無遇過一間普通餐廳既員工甘高質!佢地好有禮貌,好有態度,你會feel到佢地既好唔係做作出黎,唔係出邊懶高級既日本餐廳求其噏句いらっしゃいませ!係真係由心而發!睇得出佢地都好有熱誠!佢地既貼心同工作態度,令間餐廳多左份活力,作為食客既我都食得特別開心同舒服!一定會再去! 繼續閱讀
