Michelin stars mean far less in HK than in Europe or US. I thought the goose was okay, if the queue is long, there are other restaurants that specialize in goose that are just as good. The issue with the goose was oil, it seemed to be marinated in oil which caused the skin to lose its crisp. As a consolation the braised pork was cooked nicely with just the right amount of flavour and texture. Beware the lemonade is very tart.
