First time visiting Kushikatsu restaurant in HK. Kushikatsu is a Japanese dish of deep-fried skewered meat and vegetables. All skewers were in a mouthful portion and most of the ingredients are from Osaka 🇯🇵 . What makes it special is that the skewers weren’t oily at all, didn’t taste any grease from them, light and crispy indeed 👌🏻 My fav are: Angel prawn Kushikatsu & grilled mentaiko😍
