The Green apple cheesecake introduces a totally new style of cheesecake with the light cheese cream hiding apple bits and biscuit bits sprinkled all over the cheese. Made with white chocolate, the crust is not very sweet and definitely addictive. Will be a must-eat next time round. Mando Tart is very appealing

Crisp and sturdy crust surrounding the less-sweet custard, the tart is quickly finished because the mango balls are sweet in a natural way and is complemented by the less-sweet custard and crust. Last but not least, the tiramisu takes up a simpler look but taste really good with the cream taking up a light and non-watery texture. Cream and cake are well-proportioned, thus taste is easily acquired.
