A friend is in town to visit and I booked this restaurant through restaurant week to celebrate his birthday.The set dinner is a good value but we added an appetizer and changed the dessert to their signature rose ice cream.We requested to have window sear and the view is quite nice. This is a great restaurant to enjoy night view especially for someone who is visiting. The scallop tar tar matches perfectly fine with the caviar. The main course is beef tenderloin, it is very tender and juicy! The mash potato taste different from many others and it's very delicious as well as filling.
The signature appetizer seafood tar tar in ice is amazingly good. The dry ice keeps the seafood nicely cold which also keeps the it very fresh. With different layers of seafood and avocado, it gives extra texture other than just the taste. It feels very refreshing after this dish.
The last but the most fascinating one is the rose ice cream! The ice cream is made with edible rose which gives a very strong rose flavor, and we were amazed by the chef who prepared the ice cream in front of us in a few minutes.
