Had to come to causeway bay after work and had an inch for some good Japanese food. So glad I have found this place. It is located in a building near sogo on the 26th floor. Finding it could be a little bit challenging but so worth it. As soon as we are seated the waitress brought some fresh veggies and miso dipping sauce. The salty miso and fresh veggies makes a great starter. I have order an assortment of skewers and one yaki udon with squid ink sauce. All the skewers are very good. Very nicel

The salty miso and fresh veggies makes a great starter. I have order an assortment of skewers and one yaki udon with squid ink sauce. All the skewers are very good. Very nicely season and nice caramelization making a very nice and smoky crust. My favorite is the ox tongue, very juicy in the inside and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Biting into it you can feel the fatty beef melting in your mouth. The most surprising dish I had is the yaki udon with squid ink sauce. I am thinking they took a page out of Italian squid ink sauce. It will stain your mouth a sign of excellent squid ink used. The sauce is briny there are some pork and squid within the dish giving it extra texture. This is definite the reason I will come back it is very very good.
