係附近買完嘢後就上黎呢度食日本嘢,居酒屋形式,主要食串燒/燒物/和式料理等,仲有不同酒類提供,同友人黎Happy Gathering 都唔錯架!入座後就送上熱茶及前菜,調味碟上分別有鹽/檸檬/甜醬用黎配串燒未打開餐牌叫嘢食,已經被枱上嘅宣傳牌(備長串燒推介)所吸引住,有黎自大阪岩手鷄直送 (每日限量供應),多款部位提供選擇就試鷄心($32),燒得頗乾身,邊位帶少少脆口,口感帶點煙韌另一款係鷄肝 ($32),呢款係醬燒,入口味帶少甜味,幾有肝嘅味道,唔錯!食串燒怕熱氣?! 咁咪叫返個溫泉蛋牛油果沙律 ($68)去中和下囉篤爛香滑溫泉蛋,蛋黃汁慢慢流出,牛油果粒本身夠香滑,加埋個蛋黃汁,滑度乘2,而沙律菜本身已經有芝麻醬,加埋蛋黄汁分毫無違和感~上次黎食個呢個炸池魚仔 ($52)仍然掛念,今晚必要再會佢一次,成條連骨一齊食都無問題,唧少少檸檬汁就仲好食D,配凍飲絶配!呢客牛舌厚切 ($58)咪講笑,侍應一送上枱,未食已傳來香濃燒牛舌味燒牛舌呢家嘢,個人會投厚切一票,口感零舍唔同!  呢客已灑上微量黑椒醉,一咬D肉汁都流返出黎,熱辣辣超級好味!"偷聽"到隔離枱話呢個荔枝豬肉卷 ($33)同煙肉蠔卷 ($45)好好味,當然自己都要叫返串"驗證"下!  香甜荔枝肉包住豬肉,甜中帶點肉嘅咸香,又甜又咸,幾盞鬼; 而個煙肉蠔卷,一入口蠔味湧出黎,煙肉都唔係淡口嘢,個蠔味完全蓋過佢呀.............勁!  '友人提議食汁燒魷魚筒 ($85), WHY NOT?  切好晒一圈圈,喜歡嘅可以加少少薑末,口感煙韌!茶漬飯 (三文魚/紫菜/明太子 三選一),清清地就選擇紫菜,淡香茶味配上有口感飯粒,飽肚得黎簡而清嘅感覺!  今餐大滿足呀! 繼續閱讀

銅鑼灣「澳門逸園中心」是區用有名的食廈,內有多間餐廳食肆,當中尤以吃日本菜的為多,而我這晚的目的地,是位於大廈高層 26樓的「備長」。這店是間居酒屋,以吃串燒為主,這兒的串燒是否以備長炭來燒我不得而知,不過這兒的串燒就的確不錯。吃了四串串燒,分別是「白鱔」($75)、「牛舌厚切」($58)、「荔枝豬肉卷」($33)和「銀鱈魚」($48)。四串串燒都有所質素,兩夫妻最愛的「白鱔」彈牙好味、同樣是兩夫妻心頭好的「牛舌厚切」軟腍可喜、特別的「荔枝豬肉卷」清新不膩、少吃的「銀鱈魚」軟滑味濃,都好吃。單吃串燒當然不夠飽肚,兩夫妻分別點了「三文魚茶漬飯」($44)和「三文魚燒飯團」($35)作為飽肚之選。不常吃茶漬飯,這天偶一嚐之,感覺也不錯。我只嚐了一口的燒飯團,熱燙燙的,外脆內軟,感覺亦好。也有吃「汁燒魷魚筒」($85)。這是店舖推介的菜式之一,原隻魷魚筒奉客,份量都幾多,口感軟腍中帶點彈性,不過我就始終喜歡串燒多些。來居酒屋吃飯,本來應該喝點酒,但我倆都非酒徒,就只是點來兩杯一清一濁的「荔枝梳打」($40)和「白桃梳打」($40)做飲品。雖然沒有喝酒,但兩杯水果味的凍飲,生津解渴,我覺得伴串燒吃也不錯呢! 繼續閱讀

星期日也要上班,心情真的很複雜,但是想到今天下班約了朋友去吃東西逛街,更想快點下班。下班後的我風馳電掣地跑向巴士站趕上巴士,終於回到銅鑼灣,今天選了澳門逸園中心26樓備長串燒和食。在樓下等電梯時,已經有保安人員幫我們量體溫,上到來也有侍應幫我們再查一次體溫,感覺很好,因為現在疫症還是肆虐中,餐廳枱上還放上一支消毒洗手啫喱,可以說是非常貼心。我們點了煙肉蠔卷,豚之大腸,蘆筍豬肉卷,豬頸肉,雞骨豬肉腸,明太子雞翼,雞皮,在點上一個主食和牛炒飯,因為朋友不吃海鮮,要不然的話我會選海膽海鮮炒飯,感覺很吸引。前菜盛來一碗非常新鮮的蔬菜。先來的是豬頸肉和和牛炒飯,這個豬頸肉非常厚切,咬下去的感覺很滿足,油份很多,配上桌上的麵豉醬,非常好吃。和牛炒飯每一粒都均勻地炒過,有一點微微燒焦的味道,我每次都說,日本米炒飯真的比較好吃,配上和牛,作為主食也能讓味蕾為之一振。再來的是煙肉蠔卷,外面的煙肉燒至香脆金黃,裏面的蠔非常大隻鮮嫩多汁,這個是必定必定要點,全力推薦。再來了就是明太子雞翼,雞骨豬肉腸和蘆筍豬肉卷,這個雞骨豬肉腸有一點特別,咬下去的時候很多肉汁,還帶上一種鹹香,因平時在街上超市吃到的很不同。明太子雞翼有一點點辣,雞翼中裹着的明太子很多,雞翼也是燒到恰到好處,非常惹味。蘆筍豬肉卷,很清新,咬下去的蘆筍不會很乾,外面包着燒到連在一起了的豬肉,清新可口。最後來的是雞皮和豚之大腸,雞皮配上鹽去燒,可以算是串燒必吃之物。最後的這個壓軸豚之大腸,配上燒汁去燒,裏面的油分還是很多,對於平常不太喜歡吃內臟的我,也覺得這個是必吃的,這感覺是將大腸帶到另一個境界,因為平常吃到的大腸都是滷水和炸的,這個炭燒出來的,不但燒到外皮香脆,裏面鬆軟,還沒有把他的油份全部燒乾,這一個本人也強烈推薦。這裏的串燒配上店家提供的麵豉醬,配搭非常新鮮,我很喜歡,雖然說各人口味不同,但是我們香港人吃的東西平常也比較重口味,這一間串燒和食店備長,可以說是非常適合,今天也是大滿足,可以去購物了。 繼續閱讀

Since the pandemic has caused us to cancel our annual trip to Japan, boyfriend and I decided to drown our sorrows over something Japanese. We decided on yakitori at a Bicho, an izakaya that has been a staple in Causeway Bay forever.Located near Sogo, it was quiet when we arrived but as the night rode on, it started to fill up with diners.Menu is in English, Japanese and Chinese. It offered many items found at traditional Japanese izakayas. If ordering a yakitori skewer, you must order 2. You cannot order a single stick to share which is very typical of most izakayas in Japan.You are given a snack platter. This is a $28 charge for 2 people. It's made up of cucumber sticks, carrot sticks and lettuce. There was a some dipping sauce (salt, miso and a lemon) for you to use on the food.Homemade Minced Chicken Stick with Onsen Egg ($42) was a lot smaller than most places we've been to. It was good though. I loved the crunch of the cartilidge found throughout. Though I think I would have loved more. The meat was good and the egg complimented it perfectly.Lychee Wrapped with Pork ($45) was a favorite we like to order a lot. I felt the pork could have been seared a bit longer. But we still loved the sweet lychee against the salty pork.Deep Fried Smelt Fish with Sesame ($52) as an item we had never heard of. Interesting as the fish was crunchy and flavored with the taste of sesame. It was fried so well, even the tail was edible and crispy like a chip.US Angus Tenderloin ($75) was seared to a medium rare. The little patty of butter was so cute on top. The meat was tender and juicy.Grilled Squid with Yuzu Wasabi ($36) was interesting. There was a bit of wasabi taste but not enough to be over powering. I loved the freshness of the yuzu. The squid was delicous. Tender and not over  cooked.Oyster Wrapped Bacon ($45) was a favorite of mine for the evening. The juicy oyster flesh went well with the crispy seared bacon.Grilled Squid with Homemade Sauce ($85) was perfectly cooked. The meat was firm yet not rubbery. The sauce was a sticky sweet sauce. A bit like teriyaki.Grilled Rice Patty with Salmon ($35) was how we always ended an evening at an izakaya. It fills you up. The onigir was grilled so the outside was crispy. There was a nice bit of salmon meat in the middle.The food was good. The service was friendly enough. Food does take a while to arrive but then you're not supposed to be in a rush anyways.  It does get busy but the customers aren't overly noisy. 繼續閱讀

今日去咗銅鑼灣食飯,慶祝朋友轉左份新工,經濟唔好要搵份好工都難,一定要好好慶祝一下。今次揀咗銅鑼灣澳門逸園中心26樓備長,食日本串燒。先來一個前菜,包括紅蘿蔔青瓜椰菜,邊食邊點菜。明太子雞翼$32 內裡包著好多明太子,脹卜卜!燒蠔(味噌)$45 一隻好入味又新鮮;銀鱈魚$48 肉質嫩滑,喜歡吃淡淡肉的魚一定要食;柚子芥末墨魚鬚$36 有淡淡的柚子味及芥末味;日本銀杏$28,有少少甘苦味,又幾特別;仲有叫了茄子豆腐,食得肉多都想食下素。另外叫了一個和牛炒飯$138,好大碟,炒得好香😋 繼續閱讀
