It is a very local restaurant in HK. I tried many Dai Pai Dong but nowhere be comparable with this one! The hand-torn chicken in Japanese green spice is soooooo yummy. I can truly bet that you can't find this dish in anywhere else. A must-try dish!! Other dishes are also tasty with reasonable price.
