This place has been on my list since forever, from their first place in Sha Tin to now they opened a new one in Shek Mun. Luckily, we decided to came here after work today to give it a try as we were craving for some decent local food. there are various options on the menu, ranging from meat to seafood to veggies. We picked a few signature dishes to share between the two of us. After the food arrived, we realised we order too much as the portion was super huge in such a affordable price. first arrived was the shedded chicken in wasabi sauce and ham, cucumbers. It was a fusion dish, with freshly made sauce and flavorful chicken. second arrived was the fried oyster, it was delicious. Cripsy and again large ingredients in it. veggie was so fresh too, not too salty and we finished the whole plate! one of the tofu dishes was cooked nicely with a great amount of tofu to shared and also the spice was added an additional taste! fried crispy pig intestine was prefect, definitely the best ones I’ve had in Hong Kong so far. fish was also cooked perfectly, not overcooked or undercooked, fish sauce was sweet and yummy. in general, their dishes were tasty and high quality, it would be best to shared among a group if people. 石門開左陳根記,地點超級就腳,石門站一出去就係,果斷黎食!原檔禾輋搜搬過黎,秉承返佢既大排檔作風,雖然係商場入面,但一坐入去就即刻重拾大排檔既風味,由地板,裝修至落單方式都係一樣!人流好多,但坐落都唔會逼,非常通爽。落單係自己寫號碼。餐牌同之前都係差唔多,經典大排檔各類既菜同肉都有。每晚都有唔同既特價菜式,款款唔同,而今晚伙計就推薦無味精新鮮手包韮菜餃,九隻48蚊,大大隻,超抵食!皮又嫩又薄,餡又足,因為無味精所以個湯底同清水差唔多。佢上埋菜寶同潮式辣椒油,如果想多味d可以點。薑蔥雞煲($75),佢個煲個size唔係好大,但食落發現都好多雞,好足料,唔係大部分都係薑蔥。而且雞件非常滑嫩,整得好惹味,用黎送飯一流。天氣凍,於是再叫多左一個八珍豆腐煲($72),同樣地都無好足料,個汁唔係好咸,但夠入味,每樣餸都有兩三件以上,熱辣辣上台。海鮮點左金湯酸菜魚($148),酸味剛剛好,香味十足,鐘意食酸菜魚既我簡直欲罷不能,食到興恰恰,魚片比我想像中多,底部有粉絲,配埋個湯底好開胃,兩個人食既話,一個人可以載到成四五碗。各種唔同配料都好齊,個人十分滿意。當然亦都叫左個菜,芥蘭炒牛肉($75),夠鑊氣,炒得好香又唔油,菜肉比例足👍🏻總括黎講的確無令人失望,對得住佢既招牌同名聲,上菜好快手,溫度同味道都相當有水平,絕對值得再黎食過呀 繼續閱讀

早幾天家人生日,揾左非常近石門地鐵站既陳根記大排檔食飯慶祝,地點非常就腳,馬鐵行出嚟都係5mins! 人氣十足既陳根記,由禾輋到搬到去石門都係咁有香港風味,家人指定要食排檔,陳根記真係最好不過,位置就腳之餘,坐位又多,人多人少都合適!根記頭抽雞半隻以極快的速度送到嚟,香甜既鼓油香味極度吸引,雞肉嫩滑,配試香甜既頭抽,成為一度完美既頭盤! 鼓油汁配上雞腎用嚟撈飯真係無得輸!抵食紅燒乳鴿,熱辣辣送到!外皮炸得香脆,配上淮鹽嚟食,咸咸地非常惹味!跟住出場係用料十足既八珍豆腐煲,勁多內臟,例如豬潤,豬腸等,喜歡食豬潤既朋友,千祈唔好錯過!老人家最喜歡的家鄉菜,焗魚腸! 唔腥之餘又帶點蛋香,有少少似蒸水蛋咁!面頭有d油炸鬼,扑扑脆!川味腩肉豆腐煲,辣味同鑊氣十足,帶點麻辣!由面食到落底,越食越辣! 非常過癮另一個辣菜,十三香炸蝦,喜歡食辣的朋友千祈唔好錯過!炸得香脆既蝦,配上辣味十足的辣汁,蝦用帶點麻辣,而且幾爽口!千祈唔好錯過煲底既粉絲,吸晒辣汁既味道,非常惹味!馬拉盞炒芥蘭,鑊氣十足,帶點咸香味,芥蘭香甜爽口!呢度除左小菜唔錯,甜品都出色ka, 臨走去左甜品區買返d甜品返去再食!特別推介榴槤類甜品! 繼續閱讀

禾輂果陣都一路有幫襯架!宜家搬左黎石門,睇下有無好大分別先!如果單睇室內裝修,佢就真係幾值得加分既,因為佢真係將本身位於禾輂果度,大排檔既環境及風味,完全搬左過黎,連地板都係用返果度既設計!餐牌方面就好似無咩改動,選擇都係咁多,就連一d非常招牌既招牌菜都一路保留住,價錢都無太大既改動,都算係咁了!招牌菜一號,呢個都真係必食,佢就係招牌 Wasabi 手撕雞!呢個手撕雞堅好食,食落陣陣 Wasabi 味,入面既配料包括青瓜絲及蟹籽都搞拌曬一齊,口感爽口又好味,岩曬一枱人 share 食架!大排檔必食菜式 2號,炸蠔餅!宜家市面上既炸蠔餅真係唔係度度都好食,因為除左技術及火喉,有一個炸蠔餅既重重重點係!一定要用上鴨蛋去炸!如果用雞蛋就變得唔好食了呢個蠔餅就一定係用左鴨蛋去做,所以外層既脆口及香口程度都極就,外脆內軟,外面既炸漿又唔厚,入面有蔥花,差唔多每啖都食到蠔仔肉,非常好味其實佢呢間大排檔都好有潮州打冷既感覺,呢度都有潮州打冷鹵水野食架,今晚我地高揀左個招牌鹵水鵝,呢個係例牌既大小黎,其實份量都幾多,雖然鵝既下面亦其實係有豆腐放底,不過佢既件數才都夠多而且肉質比較豐富,唔係剩係得肥膏,食起嚟陣陣嘅滷水香味,再加埋辣椒油,真係好出色炸大腸,可能唔係人人都鍾意食,但係鍾意食香口野嘅,就一定鍾意,因為佢真係有種好特別,非常獨特嘅味道,可能你會覺得佢係臭,但係其實佢真係好香,外脆內軟,嗰種香口嘅程度,令你非常滿足望落好似乳豬皮咁樣,食落真係好脆口,淡淡甘香油脂喺晒你個口腔入邊,真係非常滿足食完咁多肉類嘅嘢,食返條菜,平衡下先,佢係馬拉盞炒通菜,都炒得幾好食喎,因為味道夠香濃,有少少香辣既感覺,非常開胃呢碟炒飯真係唔野少,因為佢嘅份量非常多,非常有驚喜,你見到佢入面嘅配料配菜份量都唔少,非常足料㗎,而且食起上嚟好有鑊氣,呢個係幾出色嘅炒飯!鹹魚雞粒炒飯, $58 ,大大碟!最後,呢一道菜叫十三香炸蝦!亦係今晚最貴嘅一道菜,價值$164 ,不過如果只係單單睇個名,發現個名同個賣相,完全係兩回事!嘩,你睇吓佢啲辣椒幾澎湃!原來呢一個菜係用左十三種香料製成,當中嘅蝦雖然唔係完全經過炸香,但係每隻都非常大隻及新鮮,食起嚟,香辣嘅果種感覺,再配埋彈牙大大隻既蝦肉,其實都真係幾好食! 繼續閱讀

以前讀書個陣成日都會成班同學柴娃娃咁落去火炭食陳根記,而家畢業咁多年,好耐都冇番去食過。最近咁岩有個舊同學番左黎香港,話要番陳根記度懷緬下以前既日子,於是我就帶左佢石門新鋪到再次回味。以前火炭係大排檔既格局,而家石門呢間分店,依舊有大排檔風味,不過裝修相對整齊,有冷氣裝置同叫野食有效率同比較有系統。我地叫左假翅銀芽 (HKD $68), 咕嚕蝦球 (HKD $90),  蟹肉扒菠菜 (HKD $80),Wasabi蟹籽手絲雞(半隻) (HKD $145) 同埋芒果糯米糍 (HKD $38)。☀Wasabi蟹籽手絲雞(半隻) $145先黎既係一碟非常開胃惹味既前菜手絲雞,佢可以話係陳根記既signature dish,個個黎親都要叫番碟,有3個size可以揀,分別係例牌($85)/半隻($145)/壹隻($260),我地兩個人都好鐘意食呢味菜,所以叫左半隻。手撕雞味道依然,wasabi味超勁,因為佢係用wasabi油黎整,雞肉鮮嫩啖啖肉,仲多蟹籽海蜇,口感爽脆。☀咕嚕蝦球 $90跟住就係咕嚕蝦球,分量好多,大大碟好抵食,蝦球炸漿薄薄一層,食落好香脆唔厚粉,蝦肉彈牙,味道酸甜開胃,性價比好高。☀蟹肉扒菠菜 $80個蟹肉扒菠菜,好清新,蟹肉多而味道鮮甜。☀假翅銀芽 $68又係大大碟,炒得乾身,仲好有鑊氣,銀芽粉絲口感煙韌得黎又好爽脆,雙重口感,啖啖滋味。☀芒果班戟 $38呢到既芒果班戟真係好正,非常大件,又多芒果肉好飽滿,啲cream同芒果肉既ratio啱啱好,真係冇得頂。 繼續閱讀
