公和荳品廠 (Kung Wo Dou Bun Chong in English) has been a staple in Sham Shui Po for the past 50 years. A family run business that makes tofu with a stone mill in the back to the shop and has a restaurant area, serving all sort of tofu goodness. Taking my Canadian cousins here on our Sham Shui Po foodie adventure, we cramped into the restaurant. Seating is definitely not comfy and obviously not clean. We found some spilled tofu pudding on the chopsticks and toothpicks, but the food is fast and good. They have a menu that is in English and Chinese. Surprisingly it is in English, too! Everything is cash only and there is no 10%.
