We walked passes this restaurant a few times and there are always a queue outside the restaurant. The queue moves very quickly so it’s worth waiting. We ordered the noodles in soup because it’s more it’s more popular but everything on the menu seems delicious. Braised beef and shank thick noodles($85) The soup was served at its best, steaming hot. The soup was served at its best, steaming hot. It was rich in flavour but smooth in the mouth. It worked perfectly with the thick noodles ordered. The noodles was cooked to the point that it wasn’t too soft nor al dente (medium firmness) the noodles had a slight flavour after soaking up the rich soup. The amount of noodles in the dish was also very generous.
The noodles are served with two slices of braised beef and three pieces of beef shank. The sliced beef was really nice and soft. However the beef shank was flavourless, too soft and lacked texture.
