For their lunch, they offered dim sum selection as well as chinese cuisine. For their dim sum, it was quite straight-forward, with a page displaying all their items.
Roasted pork bun with charcoal crust top - The skin of the bun was peppered with snow flakes, making it sweet in taste and was crispy. The pork filling inside was chewy and juicy, served warm.
Signature shrimp dumpling - As the theme of the restaurant is gold in color, their signature shrimp dumpling was also coated with gold on the skin. The skin was soft and shrimp fillings was fresh and juicy.
Steamed brown sugar and chocolate flavored chinese sponge cake - This dish was different from usual in a way that it was mixed with chocolate flavor, which i have never tried before. It was steamed till soft and bouncy, sweet and strong in chocolate taste.
Deep-fried glutinous rice dumpling with chicken - Dumpling was deep fried till crispy, in a shape of a pear. Filling inside was juicy and chewy, served warm too.
Steamed red vermicelli roll with shrimp - The presentation was bright and colorful, with the skin of vermicelli roll coated in red. Fried dough and shrimp fillings were wrapped with the roll. Soy sauce was provided to enhance the taste. Fried dough complimented nicely with the roll and shrimps, which were crispy, smooth and chewy.
Jelly with edible flowers and tokachi red bean - This jelly pudding was smooth and soft, with the red bean at the bottom sweet in taste.
