Went to have dinner buffet at the Grand Cafe at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Wanchai last evening, under the high recommendation of my friend. It's really disappointing!SEAFOODLobster on ice - not fresh enough, no taste and over boiledCrab - same problem as the lobstersLobster cocktail - the only item at the seafood bar that is surprisingly good!! Pan Fried Lobster cooked in Chinese style - that is quite acceptable, but still, no freshly tasteCOLD CUTSParma Ham - very good, but they don't serve it with

Parma Ham - very good, but they don't serve it with Harmi Melon, good parma ham doesn't go well with those green
USA melon!!

Disappointing!!

Choices are few, taste is bad

The whole restaurant is quite dark
