i agree. their rose petal jam and scones are the best...so yummy. i prefer the chef more than clipper's lounge. it's cozier. not to forget they have really good hannan chicken rice too. and their chef salad is like a master spurge for something called a salad. sirloin, king prawns, grilled salmon on a bed of greens. it's so yummy. they have really good tiramisu too: not the gelatine cut cake type. the real ones in a glass. though i prefer the one's in grand hyatt. by the way, excellent service.

by the way, excellent service. i remember coming with my dad and he ordered a lobster tagellini. he didn't like it that much, had to do with the sauce or something, so he just had several bites and ate part of my salad. the manager noticed it and came over and asked what's wrong (he reckoned that my dad doesn't have that small of an appetit ) and asked him to order something else on behalf of the restaurant. so he ordered a sirloin burger. it was done perfectly. and then we ordered a tiramisu, tea and coffee. when we asked for the bill, the manager said it was on the house. i was really impressed then. didn't know it actually would happen.
