Last Saturday evening we got delicious Kebabs and Turkish Pizza at Ala Turca Restaurant. Indoor area is very well designed with live colours and authentic pictures from Turkey. These pictures gives the feeling of having a meal in Turkish culture. Gastronomi is the science of eating and according to gastronomists having food is the part of live culture. Gastronomi is the science of eating and according to gastronomists having food is the part of live culture. That is why when we have food also we are having the culture of the restaurant.
Our first choice was Kebabs namely called as Iskender Kebap with yoghurt and tomato sauce, it was well cooked and very good mixture with yoghurt and tomato sauce. That was really yummy.
Our second choice was Turkish pizza namely called as Lahmacun was also very yummy and finally we got our desert with the taste of walnut and pistachio.
The staff is very friendly and makes you comfortable when you are eating at the venue. When I was in Singapore I also visited the restaurant of same company, these guys are really very good at food industry.
