We liked every dish of the tasting menu, and we were surprised throughout the dinner by the combination of food/taste. The potatoe velouté was very creamy and delicate in taste, without feeling heavy. The pickled kombu added a surprising touch to the razor clam dish.The squid tasted delicious in its broth, and had a great texture.
