Since i need to work overtime tonight, I decided to have dinner at office downstairs. The chef was generous with the portion, consisting of fish cake, crab meat, tofu, egg, scallop and prawn in it. The gravy was thick in texture and was creamy and flavourful. Noodle was chewy and smooth, and the ingredients were fresh and chewy.
Herbal bak kut teh - It was of Malaysia version, which is herbal type. It was clear and nourishing, with the soup absorbing the essence of the ingredients. Pork ribs was juicy and chewy too.
