I liked the sweet pudding-like layer on top, which reminded me a bit of the cheesecake made by the Mandarin cake shop at Mandarin Oriental. Though I guess the latter might be slightly more superior, I would have no hesitation in choosing the cheesecake here, since I feel it is well worth its price.
