The bread itself is fluffy and soft, topped with a heavy layer of butter and sea salt. Garlic butter was served on the side as well. I personally wish the bread roll was not topped with as much butter as it was a little overpowering and oily, whereas the garlic butter itself would've provided sufficient flavour.

Not a common dish to be found in HK. Baked oysters topped with bacon and onion. The oysters were on the smaller side but the flavour was good. I suppose serving 3 makes up for the slightly smaller oysters
Lobster Bisque
The soup was super fragrant when it was served. Although the color is lighter than the other lobster bisques I had, the flavour did not disappoint. It was on the creamier side but the lobster flavour stood out well. One thing to note is that it was slightly salty towards the end

Herb crusted rack of lamb
The lamb was really good. It was tender with a meaty flavour but not to the point of gamey. The crust on top was nicely seasoned, paired with a gravy and pea puree. The pea puree was surprisingly nice, coming from someone who doesn't like peas. It was light and refreshing, great to pair along a slightly meaty dish. Would've loved more of it~

Chilean seabass
I was impressed by the seabass. The skin was very crispy with the fillet still soft and tender. The shrimps were also tender and not overcooked and paired nicely with the creamy and tomato sauce.
There were also a selection of sides to choose one. Highly recommend the stacked potatoes and cauliflower gratin!

Crème Brûlée with assorted fruits
I liked the layer of orange liqueur on top of the crème brûlée to cut off the sweetness. While the crème brûlée was on the sweeter side, the addition of berries was a great balance to the dish. The custard itself is also of a nice texture, slightly jiggly and not too study with a thin sugar crust on top.

Raspberry trifle
This was named "mum's dessert" in celebration of mother's day. Essentially a raspberry trifle layered with sponge cake, custard, raspberry puree and jelly. This was a refreshing dessert to finish. The raspberry notes and sorbet gives a tartness among the sweet elements.

Overall, the mains were the star of the meal as I guess they do specialise in grill meat and seafood. Would be great for any special occasion or celebrations!
